All purchases of online courses and digital products made on this platform are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge the non-refundable nature of the transaction and waive any expectation of a refund except as strictly set out in Section 2 below.
The digital nature of our products means they are delivered and accessible immediately or near-immediately upon payment. Accordingly, no cooling-off period applies once access has been granted or a download link has been issued.
A refund request will be considered — entirely at our sole and absolute discretion — only in the following single circumstance:

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first submitting a written refund request to us and receiving a written refusal constitutes a breach of these terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to permanently suspend access to all purchased content, share relevant purchase and access records with the payment provider to contest the dispute, and take further action as we deem appropriate.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other mandatory applicable Indian law. Where a product is proven to be materially defective or fundamentally misrepresented, statutory remedies may apply.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing only:
