These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “the customer”) and Adnan Manna Digital OPC Private Limited (GSTIN: 29ABACA9019K1ZE), registered at Floor No. 1, H.No. 4-97/B(10), Flat No 110-B, City Green View Apartment, Udupi, Karnataka - 576102, India (“we”, “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
We sell digital educational products, including but not limited to “The Salary Negotiation Guide” and related written materials, templates, and scripts (the “Product”). The Product is delivered electronically as a downloadable file and/or via email immediately after successful payment.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase. By buying, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide (including your email) is accurate.
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Product for your own individual, personal, and non-commercial use only.
You may not, under any circumstances:
Any breach of this licence immediately and automatically terminates your right to use the Product, without refund, and may result in legal action.
All content, text, structure, scripts, templates, designs, and materials in the Product are the exclusive intellectual property of Adnan Manna Digital OPC Private Limited and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No ownership or rights are transferred to you at any time. You receive only the limited licence described in Section 3.
The Product is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, career, employment, or professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that using the Product will result in any raise, promotion, higher salary, job offer, negotiation outcome, income, or any specific result. Every individual's situation, employer, industry, and effort are different. Any examples, figures, or testimonials are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of your results.
You accept full responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes and agree that we are not liable for any action you take, or choose not to take, based on the Product.
The Product is delivered instantly via download and/or email after payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check your spam/promotions folder. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact us and we will re-send the delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Product or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of income, profits, opportunity, or data, howsoever arising.
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Because the Product is delivered digitally and instantly, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving the Product, instead of following our Refund Policy, is considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest any wrongful chargeback with evidence of delivery and access, to permanently revoke your access, and to refuse future service.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Product or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udupi, Karnataka, India.

You may request a refund of the purchase price only if all of the following conditions are met:
Refund requests are reviewed and approved at our sole and reasonable discretion. This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and one purchase.
To prevent abuse of a digital product, refunds will not be granted for:
Refunds are handled manually. Email us at support@scaletoskies.com from the email address used for purchase, with the subject line “Refund Request”, your order/payment reference, and the required proof of use described in Section 1. There is no automatic or self-service refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Any payment gateway fees or applicable taxes may be non-recoverable. Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the Product is revoked and you must delete all copies.
Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback instead of following this policy is a breach of our Terms & Conditions. We keep records of delivery and access and will contest wrongful chargebacks, revoke access, and may refuse future purchases.
